Kev’s love for yoga began eight years ago when a struggle with his mental health led him to try out a class with a friend. Convinced it would not be for him and not really a thing that men did, he was pleasantly surprised to feel much more balanced and relaxed after just a few classes. Yoga in India and in Bali followed, which Kev describes as a life-changing experience.

It was then that Kev decided to become a yoga teacher to help others struggling with their mental health and to encourage more men to discover the benefits of yoga. He has been a qualified vinyasa flow yoga teacher for seven years now and loves every minute of it.
Practicing yoga has also given Kev the confidence to stand in front of hundreds of people and deliver mental health talks, which he does alongside his role as a personal trainer and an amateur boxer. His yoga sessions can therefore be quite physically challenging at times, but there is always a good balance between physical work and relaxation! His classes are suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
