Carving out time for our wellbeing can be incredibly challenging. We have such busy lives and finding time to pause isn't always high on our priority list. With this in mind, we've created an online space for yoga and wellbeing that can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home. It's a time saver and it is flexible with your schedule.
Yoga and breathwork can be a wonderful antidote in times of stress, so we've created lots of videos of varying lengths so you can grab something on the go when necessary (10 mins) and fully immerse yourself when you get the chance (60 mins). We've created a platform where you can get away from the noise and concentrate on your mind and body.
We have two different subscription options available for you:
⦁ Pre recorded so you can you practice whenever the mood takes you.
⦁ Pre recorded, plus live classes so we can connect and verbally adjust as we would in a regular class.
Our goal is to spread the magic of wellbeing as wide as possible, so we've kept the costs down where we can. We've also created content with minimum props required so each session can be enjoyed by all. No previous experience required. We release a minimum of three recorded classes a week, and we run three live sessions a week.

Pre recorded classes & live sessions - £18 per month
Currently our live Hatha classes are scheduled for Wednesday 07.30am and Friday 12.30, both are 60 mins with Yasmin. Holly runs a Monday lunchtime Vinyasa, a 45 min session which starts at 12.00.
