Hannah
Hannah loves leading creative yoga classes so others can feel the benefits that it can bring to overall wellbeing, both physically and spiritually. She finds balance through a regular practice and hopes to share the wonders of yoga with as many as possible.

After reflecting on what she really wanted to do with her time during lockdown last year (as many of us did) Hannah embarked on her Yoga Alliance Teacher Training in 2020. She has since qualified to teach both Vinyasa Flow and SUP Yoga (as she loves to be on the water and in nature!)

Alongside practising yoga for 17 years, Hannah is a former journalist who used to write for women's lifestyle magazine Soul & Spirit. She has interviewed plenty of best-selling authors and top spiritual names such as Gabrielle Bernstein, Marianne Williamson, Mastin Kipp, Sonia Choquette and many more, who most definitely inspired her journey with yoga too.
When not at work in publishing you can find Hannah tutoring English to kids or teaching yoga to adults on her mat. At Grace & Gravity, Hannah offers a slow flow yoga class for mixed abilities which is creatively sequenced, often to a theme. A relaxing and comfortable yoga session with a focus on alignment will leave you feeling calm and content.
