Please read our Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) carefully before signing up for our classes. By purchasing a service or product from us you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them.
WHAT'S IN THESE TERMS?
All classes, courses and workshops are supplied by Grace and Gravity Limited, company number 10423954, registered address Mulberry Cottage, The Coombe, Streatley, Berks, RG8 9QL. All Rights Reserved.
Throughout these Terms, “we”/”us”/”our” refers to Grace and Gravity Limited. And “you”/”your”/”yours” refers to the client.
The cost of each class/course/workshop will be shown clearly on the online timetable. If you have purchased a class pass, the booking system will automatically take this discount into account when processing your booking. If you are an annual upfront member or have a monthly rolling membership, you will be able to book on the classes included in the membership deal without payment. Your 10% discount on workshops as an annual member will also automatically be taken into account on the booking system.
Bookings for classes can be made up to 14 days in advance.
Bookings can be made via the online timetable on the website, over the phone, or in person at our premises. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have made your booking and submitted payment correctly.
Payment for your class/course/workshop/membership may be made by bank transfer, credit card or debit card. Payments can be made online, over the phone or in person on the premises. We will not accept card payment via email or instant messaging as this is breaches our Privacy and Security policy.
You may cancel your class booking, without charge, up to 24 hours before the start of the session that you have booked. If you book onto a session within 24 hours of its scheduled start time, there is no entitlement to cancel other than in accordance with the next paragraph.
Any late cancellations and no shows will be charged at the class cost. In the case of annual upfront membership or monthly rolling membership, we ask our members wherever possible to cancel a class 24 hours before the start of the session. You will not be charged the class cost if you do late cancel or do not show. However, if a member repeatedly late cancels or no shows then we reserve the right to charge a member for the class if there was a waiting list.
Courses and workshops are fully refundable up to 14 days before the start date. If you want to cancel after this, you should email email@example.com with your reason why. All requests will be considered but we reserve the right not to grant a full or partial refund.
Retreats and external events require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The other 50% is refundable up to 28 days before the start date. If you want to cancel after this, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason why. All requests will be considered but we reserve the right not to grant a full or partial refund.
If we cancel, then all payments will be refunded in full.
You may change your booking, without charge up to 24 hours before the start of the class that you have booked.
You may change a class booking online, by phone, e-mail, or in person at the premises.
In the event that we cancel a class/course/workshop that you have booked, we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know. At the time of cancellation, we will offer you the choice of either:
In the event that we cancel your membership, we will offer a pro rata refund.
A class/course/workshop will be cancelled by us if there are less than three students booked.
For our members, we will ensure that there are a minimum of 10 classes per week across both studios to choose from. The exception to this is over the Christmas period where we will be closed for a week or running a skeleton schedule.
Your booking is not complete until you have received a booking confirmation from us. Please make sure you receive a booking confirmation before you attend the class. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us by phone, e-mail, or in person at the studio. Prices are subject to change at any time before we accept your booking.
Grace and Gravity operates a policy that prevents you taking part in a class if you are more than 5 minutes late. This policy is in place to prevent injury and to be mindful of the teacher and other participants in the class.
We will compensate you for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of a breach of the duties imposed on us by law. However, our liability to you may be mitigated to the extent the loss or damage is attributed to:
Our liability to compensate you (other than in the case of personal injury or death) will be limited to a reasonable amount having regard to such factors as whether the loss or damage was due to a negligent act or omission by us.
Grace and Gravity reserves the right to review and change fees periodically. Your class pass and membership fees will remain the same throughout the duration of the entire class pass or until its expiration, and throughout the duration of the annual or monthly membership. Upon which the new fee will then be charged on any new purchases.
All adult grounded yoga and pilates classes are included in grounded class pass and grounded membership deals. Aerial classes, courses, retreats, workshops, events children’s and family yoga are excluded.
Our Aerial class passes and Aerial memberships included all classes, including Aerial. Courses, retreats, workshops, events, children’s and family yoga are excluded.
Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit or debit card.
If you would like to suspend/extend your class pass then a request must be made in writing to email@example.com with length of time and reason why. All requests will be considered but we reserve the right not to grant them.
If you wish to cancel your class pass then a request must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason why. All requests will be considered but we reserve the right not to grant a full or partial refund.
You may cancel your monthly rolling member by giving us a month’s notice in writing to email@example.com.
If you wish to cancel your annual upfront membership, then a request must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason why. All requests will be considered but we reserve the right not to grant a full or partial refund.
Each member must register themselves for every class upon arrival at the studio using the ipad in studio or ask teacher to check them in if ipad not available.
Any written notice should be posted, e-mailed or given in person to Yasmin or Janine at the studio.
You may change or cancel a class booking by phone, email, in person at the studio or on the online booking system.
We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these terms by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to these Terms, if the delay was due to any cause beyond reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, explosion, flood, storm, fire, war or threat of war, riot, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance, restrictions, regulations, by-laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any government, parliamentary, or local authority, strikes, lockouts or other industrial action or trade disputes (whether involving our employees or those of any third party), I.T. viruses, difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts or machinery, power failure or breakdown in machinery.
No delay or failure by either party to exercise any of its powers, rights or remedies under these Terms will operate a waiver of them, nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing.
If any part of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part will be severed from these Terms, the remainder of which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms together with our registration form constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall have effect to the exclusion of any other memorandum, agreement or understanding of any kind, whether oral or written, between parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the parties hereby agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
When making a referral, clients will be entitled to a free class should the referral buy a class pass.
When referring an organisation, the referrer will be entitled to Grace and Gravity gift voucher to the value of £50 should the organisation arrange a corporate class package.
All referrals must be in writing to the studio via email@example.com.
Sessions cannot be confirmed unless payment is made at least 24 hours in advance of the session. Notice of cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance of the start time of the session. Failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of the full cost of that session and loss of that session. All payments are non-refundable. Sessions must be used within 6 months of payment. Sessions not used within this time due to inactivity will be deemed void and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed between us.
A grounded class pass includes 10 sessions at the studio. You can use it for any of the adult grounded yoga and pilates classes but aerial classes, courses, events, workshops children’s and family yoga are not included.
An aerial class pass also includes 10 sessions at the studio and can be used for aerial classes as well as grounded yoga and pilates. Courses, events, workshops children’s and family yoga are not included.
A class pass will expire 20 weeks after the date of purchase. Suspension/cancellation/extension terms apply as in clause 14 above.
A corporate class package will be individually agreed between Grace and Gravity and yourselves. The pricing discount offered will be dependent on frequency of classes and attendees and is subject to fee changes as per clause 11 upon renewal of the agreement.
A grounded Monthly Rolling Membership includes unlimited adult grounded yoga and pilates classes at the studio. An Aerial Monthly Rolling Membership includes all aerial yoga, grounded yoga and pilates classes at the studio. Courses, events, workshops children’s and family yoga are not included.
A Monthly Rolling Membership will automatically renew each month and payment will automatically be taken each month on the day of original purchase. Suspension/cancellation/extension terms apply as in clause 14 above.A Monthly Rolling Membership includes unlimited adult grounded yoga and pilates classes at the studio. Aerial classes, courses, events, workshops children’s and family yoga are not included. A Monthly Rolling Membership will automatically renew each month and payment will automatically be taken each month on the day of original purchase. Suspension/cancellation/extension terms apply as in clause 14 above.
A grounded Annual Upfront Membership includes unlimited adult grounded yoga and pilates classes at the studio for 365 days from purchase date. An Aerial Annual Upfront Membership includes unlimited adult aerial yoga, grounded yoga and pilates classes at the studio for 365 days from purchase date. Courses, events, workshops, children’s and family yoga are not included. However, 10% discount off all products and workshops is included. Two free guest passes are also included in this membership deal and will be emailed out to you shortly after inception of membership. Suspension/cancellation/extension terms apply as in clause 14 above.
From time to time our class schedule may change or there may be changes in the teachers who instruct the classes. From time to time there may be a reduced class schedule, reflected by attendance at the studio (such as bank holidays, school holidays, etc) and availability of instructors.
