PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS POLICY
Payment for your purchase can be made by credit card, debit card or Paypal. Payments should be made via our online shop, over the phone or in person at one of our studios. We will not accept card payment via email or instant messaging as this is breaches our Privacy and Security policy.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of a product.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit the sales and quantities of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
REGULAR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. After 14 days, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
Returned products must be unworn and undamaged and must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by Grace and Gravity Limited.
Please email email@example.com if you wish to return or exchange, along with the reason why, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return to us. You are responsible for all return shipping charges and if you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. The return remains your responsibility until we are in receipt of it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If an exchange is required and we do not have your requested size in stock, we will inform you immediately and issue a full refund.
All exchanges are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt.
Please note any original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Grace and Gravity Limited are not responsible for third-party shipping delays on exchanges or returns.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For any orders placed from 20th November - 21st December our return period is extended. For refunds and exchanges during this period all items must be returned to us by 15th January.
If the return is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days.
If you have not received a refund after 10 days then it is best to contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We make it our priority to deliver flawless, high-quality products. If you receive a faulty product, we will exchange your order within 10 days. If we no longer stock your item, you will get a full refund.
We reserve the right to check the claimed item and determine ourselves whether it is faulty.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
Orders are processed, packed, and shipped within two days of placing them on our online shop.
All our deliveries are shipped using Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for delivery.
We offer UK delivery only.
Our postage costs are a flat £3.95.
If your order is over £50, delivery is free.
