You are never too young (or old) to join us on the mat or in the air. We offer regular classes and workshops suitable from 4 years all the way up to teens. Teens are also welcome to many of our regular classes, please email us and we'll be happy to get you booked.
Yoga helps children to regulate emotions and manage anxiety. We do this through breathing exercises and relaxation techniques which can be taken off the yoga mat and into daily life to help with life's worries. Our Yoga and circus classes can also do wonders for a child's self-esteem. The sense of achievement when you final nail that challenging pose or trick is a real confidence boost. We're improving balance, flexibility, strength and coordination whilst having too much fun to even realise it.
Family Aerial Yoga and Circus sessions. Each month we run our family workshops suitable for school age children. As a family, you'll enjoy the uplifting benefits of aerial yoga and learn the art of flight with circus tricks. This session is playful and energetic with yoga techniques sprinkled throughout to help us find moments of calm. It's £30 per sling which can be used by up to two children and 1 adult. An adult is required for this family fun session.
We can also offer private tuition for larger family groups.
Teens are welcome to many of our regular classes (both Aerial and Yoga) with a parent and without. If you're planning on attending a regular class with your teen, please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll help get you booked. If you'd like your child to sign up to Grace & Gravity to attend solo please reach out and we will confirm which instructors are DBS checked and happy to have teens in their sessions.
We also run monthly circus workshops suitable for teens, as well as offering parties and private events in our studios as well as externally.
Alongside our studio classes we love to work with local schools and charities to bring yoga and wellbeing to the wider community. Our yoga sessions are not just considered physical activity but educational too. Allowing students to take the mindful benefits of yoga off the mat and into everyday life, which can be useful in times of worry or stress. This is just one of the many benefits of yoga and wellbeing in a school setting.
We can run curricular sessions, co-curricular classes and special events all tailored to meet your objectives. We work within several local schools offering the above services alongside after school clubs for both aerial yoga and circus internally and externally.
