Helen Rayner

Helen has always been passionate about keeping fit.  She first started Pilates over ten years ago and instantly fell in love with the whole ethos, wellbeing and benefits.  Having had a varied career in sales, publishing and teaching, Helen decided to swap the world of business and combine my two favourite passions, keeping fit and teaching.  She retrained and achieved her level  3 Pilates Teaching Qualification. 

Helen loves introducing newcomers to the benefits of Pilates. She teachers Beginners Pilates at G&G, setting you up with the foundations to create strength, control and stability throughout the whole body. Pilates can help with so many different things and when done at beginner level it is suitable for any fitness ability.
