Jess has been practicing yoga for almost 10 years after coming to the practice to help heal her disordered relationship with exercise and food. She experienced a huge mental shift from seeing exercise as merely a way to burn calories, to a practice that can be deeply nourishing. Yoga also provided her with a holistic approach to develop a profound sense of self-awareness.

Yoga has since given Jess the tools to navigate two pregnancies and adapt to an active life with two young children (and a small dog).

As a 500-hour qualified yoga teacher, and a Certified Pre- & Postnatal Coach (CPPC), Jess is passionate about working with women in all stages of life to feel better both in mind and body. Jess’ teaching is informed by evidence-based movement practices, blended with eastern wisdom.
