One of Karen’s favourite places to be is on her yoga mat or in her garden, or better still, on her yoga mat in her garden.
Karen has been practising yoga for 5 years and it’s had the most uplifting and positive effect on her life. It wasn’t easy to start with but she noticed it left her an amazing feeling, transforming any negative energy into positive energy, with a true sense of calmness. It makes her feel so good, both on and off the mat, and creates space not only in her body but also in her mind.
This made Karen curious to learn more and train to be a yoga teacher, so she could share the experience. Karen teaches beginners and intermediate Vinyasa Yoga classes for anyone who wants to discover or rediscover yoga.
