After having a consistent yoga practice for nearly 4 years, Charlie left the corporate world to share her passion for yoga. Charlie studied a 200 hour course in Vinyasa and Hatha styles, and has since studied a 50 hour Yin Yoga course. Charlie’s passion for yoga includes delivering mindful and inclusive classes providing lots of options for different abilities, which increase flexibility, balance and strength, encouraging the body to leave stresses behind by linking the breath with movement to transport the body and mind into the present moment.
Charlie enjoys teaching power flows to load the muscles and build strength in the body and mind, to more gentle and slower mindful Hatha flows. Classes finish with a beautiful final relaxation that is often supported with readings or guided meditations. You can expect to feel relaxed, and lighter in the mind, body and soul.
Having also studied as a Health Coach through the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Charlie has a particular interest in the mind-body connection, and delivering yoga classes which help to find peace in challenging times.
