This spring, we’re bringing something truly special to the beautiful grounds of Nettlebed Creamery. Join us for Farm Flow: a series of uplifting outdoor Yoga classes designed to help you move, breathe and reset in nature.
Set amongst rolling fields and fresh country air, these sessions are your invitation to step away from the busy and reconnect with your body, your breath and the outdoors.
After class, you’re warmly invited to visit The Cheese Shed café a relaxed, welcoming space for coffee, homemade treats and a chance to soak it all in.
Move well. Breathe deep. Reset outdoors.
Start your day immersed in fresh country air, surrounded by open fields and the gentle rhythm of farm life.
This uplifting 60-minute class is designed to build strength, mobility and balance, while helping to quiet a busy mind.
Led by Suze, one of Grace & Gravity's experienced teachers, sessions blend functional movement, flowing sequences and mindful breathwork, leaving you feeling energised, grounded and ready for the day ahead.
Practising outdoors adds a little extra magic. Expect birdsong, open skies and space to properly switch off and arrive on your mat.
After class, linger a little longer and enjoy a well earned coffee at The Cheese Shed café - the perfect post flow treat.
A simple, feel good way to move your body, meet like-minded locals and soak up the beauty of the farm.

We’re also delighted to be bringing family yoga to the farm this May half term. Designed for children and their grown-ups, these sessions are all about getting outside, moving together and having fun. A chance to step away from busy routines and enjoy something playful, active and full of fresh air. Set within the beautiful surroundings of Nettlebed Creamery, expect a session filled with imaginative movement, nature-inspired games, partner work and plenty of giggles.
We’ll be stretching, balancing, exploring and learning through movement - with just enough moments of calm woven in to catch our breath and reset.
It’s less about “perfect poses” and more about connection, confidence and shared experiences. Muddy shoes, rosy cheeks and happy energy very much encouraged.
We'll be running two sessions for different age groups (suitable for children aged 4–10 years) with content thoughtfully adapted to suit the age and energy of each group.
Afterwards, families are invited to stay longer whether that’s exploring the grounds or enjoying a well earned treat at The Cheese Shed café.
More details and booking information coming soon.
