David’s yoga journey began several years ago, when he turned to a daily practice to manage his own busy stressful lifestyle. He champions yoga as the number one antidote for anyone else suffering burn-out, from the daily grind! 

He is passionate about helping others to feel the benefits of a regular yoga practice and in particular supporting male students to give it a go so they can begin their own yoga journeys. David is also health coach which he uses to enhance his role as a yoga teacher giving a holistic approach to health and wellness. 

He teaches both a Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga practice, to male only and mixed classes, from beginners to mixed abilities.
