Esther loves helping others love yoga. She has been practicing for over 15 years, originally vinyasa, then ashtanga and over the years found a more somatic informed movement.
She’s passionate about making yoga accessible, fun and something that can be applied off the mat as well as on. The word ‘yoga’ in Sanskrit means ‘union’ and there is nothing better than helping someone to find out what that means for them; whether finding the union of the body and the mind or the breath and the movement.
She maintained a yoga practice through two pregnancies and found a huge sense of gratitude for how it helped throughout that process.
She is a 500 hour qualified yoga teacher, and pregnancy and post-natal. Her passion for study and enquiry has included yoga philosophy, yoga for emotional resilience (yoga and depression, anxiety, and PTSD), restorative yoga, and yoga nidra.
