Lavinia discovered yoga at her local gym, enjoying the challenging faster-paced exercises but also appreciating how yoga helped her have fewer injuries, so good for the body and calming for the mind. 

Wanting to share more mindful and spiritual discipline, Lavinia undertook a 200-hour Hatha Yoga Diplomacy, which opened the door to exploring different styles of yoga. Practising Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga led her to India to study and she qualified after a 200-hour teacher training module at Sampoorna Yoga School. To compliment the strong Yang style of Ashtanga Yoga, she also completed 30hr Yin Yoga with Kassandra Reinhardt. 

Lavinia is always looking to expand her knowledge and find new experiences, so attends many yoga workshops where she enjoys learning and sharing with her fellow yogis.
