Victoria’s enthusiasm for yoga is infectious! She believes that yoga is for everyone, no matter your starting point or motivation for coming to the mat. 

She teaches vinyasa flow, moving fluidly through the poses and offers energising, challenging and fun classes. 

With a focus on technique, alignment and subtlety of breath, her aim is for students to achieve increased flexibility, balance and strength and leave her class feeling rejuvenated.
