Yana is a passionate people oriented Yoga teacher. She has a diverse range of skills including Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, HIIT Yoga, Barre and Children's Yoga...just to name a few!
Yana enjoys inspiring students to take care of their mind and body using yoga, breathing exercises and a healthy lifestyle.
After practicing yoga for 8 year, she decided to take a 200 hour Teacher Training with Yoga Quota in Oxford in 2018. Since then, Yana has completed additional trainings to further expand her knowledge and is currently undertaking a business degree!
